About the role
- We're hiring a founding engineer to build the core platform that powers our AI agents and our customer experience - the data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and operator console that make everything work.

Responsibilities
- Take customer-facing features from concept to production. You'll talk to users, design the solution, build it, and watch them use it.
- Design secure, auditable data models and event-driven pipelines that power our agent workflows
- Build first-party integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, retailers, and freight partners - and a resilient sync layer that keeps everything in lockstep
- Versatility across backend, data engineering, and frontend. You don't wait for someone else to build the other half
- You'll talk to users, design the solution, build it, and watch them use it.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Postgres, queues/streams, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Systems thinking paired with product intuition - you care about the developer experience and the operator experience equally
