About the role

  • The Campus Pastor provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and operational oversight for the Home Glen location.

Requirements

  • theology degree or bachelor's degree in ministry field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A spiritually mature Christian in full agreement with New Life's statement of faith and core values; strong desire to serve Christ and His church.
  • Demonstrated pastoral heart and shepherding gifting.
  • Prior pastoral or ministry leadership experience; theology degree or bachelor's degree in ministry field.
  • Meets the biblical requirements for position (1 Tim.
  • 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-4; Acts 6:4).
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage the staff, ministry teams and volunteers to accomplish church goals.
  • This role is available as a part-time (bi-vocational) opportunity or a full time role (with a parsonage as a component of compensation).
