Administer and support the enhancement of the project portfolio management tool (Clarity) by improving configurations and usability.
Works closely with the PMO Lead, this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.
Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied, data is accurate and reliable, and tools are effectively used to support decision‑making.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and project portfolio management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY
3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.
Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities.

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting.
