Requirements

  • You must be able to work both shifts
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions - heat, noise, dust, and fast‑paced production.
  • Measures, weighs and adds minerals and additives to the furnace and ladles as required by the iron control and laboratory technician.
  • Worker will be required to center the ladle over the furnaces and is responsible for the distribution of the right grade of iron and quantity to the molding lines.
  • Overhead crane or hoist - charging furnaces, moving ladles, and transporting materials.
  • Mechanical aptitude - comfort using grinders, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.

Nice to have

  • Machine operation experience, preferred - running production machinery safely and efficiently.

Compensation

  • The hourly pay for this role is: $22.36/hr.
