Responsibilities
- Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other common primary care conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
- Commitment to quality-driven, patient-centered care
- Previous outpatient Family Medicine experience
- EMR proficiency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership opportunities
- Competitive base salary of $240,000-$290,000
