About the role
- Each year, the company manufacturers thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video and data transmission for the telecommunication sector.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for professionally developing subordinates.
- Develops work scopes/contracts for contracted outside service vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Utilizes CMMS system to manage work order and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Assists Maintenance Manager in execution/support of capital projects.
- Responsible for facilities and support equipment monitoring and maintenance

- Knowledge of technical aspect of facilities, Safety and Compliance Regulations, LSS techniques and processes, and machine capabilities and functionality
- Ability to understand and communicate strategic plans and navigate contractual language
- Bachelor's degree required; BSME or BSEE preferred, or 2-5 years similar work experience.

Nice to have

Compensation
- Administers MRO budgets within the constraints of the approved annual limits.
