About the role

  • As part of our People & Organisation team, you work closely with your colleagues on everything that shapes the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • The Role You build the Alasco Atmosphere.
  • You own the appearance and operations of the Alasco office in the heart of Munich and shape it into a space facilitated with love & soul that fuels collaboration and a genuinely good working atmosphere.
  • You curate Alasco events big and small, with creativity and hospitality, and make sure they're real highlights that build trust and connection among Alascians.
  • Plan and host company events, from Summer Festival to Winter Celebration and formats we haven't invented yet, and build the small rituals that shape everyday life at Alasco and infuse the one extra spark of motivation that carries us far as a team
  • Own the office experience end to end, from managing external suppliers to sorting out the things people rely on before they even notice them.
  • Together with your P&O colleagues you drive engagement initiatives of Alasco employees and alumni and define how we tell the
  • You build the Alasco Atmosphere.
  • Alasco is building the leading AI Platform for Real Estate, purpose-built for an era in which AI fundamentally reshapes how decisions are made.
  • We deliver impact to several hundred customers already today - making investment and construction decisions measurably better for our customers.

Compensation

  • Up to 4 weeks workation per year.
