Coaching / aligning partners to a proven framework for marketing success.
Manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly metrics re: meaningful and insightful conversations that produce high customer sat scores.
Maintain a strong knowledge base of the entire suite of products and pricing and educate clients on the product advantages.
Manage client escalations and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution.
Proven track record of coaching and influencing clients/partners to leverage recommendations to achieve goals.

The Marketing Support Specialist will train MSP partners on how to successfully execute marketing strategies as defined in our Marketing Blueprint.
You will be the sales and marketing point of contact working directly with employees at each MSP to lead training in the effective execution of our proven marketing strategy.
