About the role
- This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- It also includes proposing, and selling replacement equipment when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial
- Perform heat load calculations, and sell replacement equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with team members on field service projects and design installations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job
Nice to have
- Previous sales and service experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation
- Pay is $24-29/hour, commensurate with experience.
- You'll get performance and company bonus opportunities, commission, and overtime pay.
- Schedule is Monday to Friday.
- On call and overtime + year round work.
