About the role
- Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for an M&A Associate to join the Corporate Practice of our Chicago office.
Requirements
- Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar or eligible for admission to the Illinois Bar.
- experience leading due diligence teams
- The ideal candidate will have three to five years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including private equity.
- Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same.
Skills
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
Compensation
- $250,000 - $420,000 per year
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
