Responsibilities

  • Project leadership: Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume.
  • Customer technical engagement: Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.
  • Validation & quality: Define/execute test plans (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration); document results and close actions.
  • Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume.
  • Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.
  • Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics, or similar background.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM, or related).
  • Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit
  • Fluent English and Chinese are required
