Responsibilities
- Own small, clearly-scoped projects (typically 1-3 weeks) with limited direction, from scoping through rollout
- Align with PM and tech lead on what you're building and why, and write tickets clear enough for another engineer to pick up
- Write design docs for your features and reason about how your work interacts with adjacent systems
