About the role

Job Description In this role, you will join the Visa Intelligent Authorization (VIA) product team within Acceptance Solutions.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Visa Intelligent Authorization.
Your hiring manager will confirm in-office expectations.

Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the Visa Platform Connect feature backlog.
Partner closely with development and engineering teams to define end-to-end requirements, track execution, and commercialize payment products.
Develop detailed, network-agnostic product and functional requirements to support development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with architects, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver features seamlessly by aligning stakeholders, identifying risks early, and removing blockers.
Support end-to-end payment product delivery by clarifying requirements, defining scope, creating functional test scenarios, securing UAT sign-offs, and preparing release communications.
You will bring strong product management experience building innovative, commercially successful products.
You will drive product strategy, execution, and delivery to expand features and capabilities.

5 or more years of relevant experience in product development.
Strong understanding of card payment scheme compliance and the industry regulatory framework.
Basic Qualifications:
End-to-end understanding of Visa and other global payment scheme services, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and related processes.
Ability to manage the full lifecycle of payment products.
Proven ability to develop new products for B2B clients, including acquirers, processors, and large merchants.
Understanding of transaction processing services such as fraud, risk, digital, and mobile, along with payment industry standards including ISO 8583, EMV, 3DS, and PSD2, is a plus.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across time zones, geographies, and cultures without direct authority.

8 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years with an advanced degree (for example, a master's, MBA, JD, or MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
5 or more years of experience in a payment processing environment.
5 or more years of experience in product lifecycle management.
Strong experience working in agile environments, preferably the Scaled Agile Framework, and with process management tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align.
Collaborative team player with broad experience partnering with subject matter experts, product teams, architects, and software engineers.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and independently.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate project issues and risks to executive audiences.
Strong customer-centric mindset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200 to $243,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
