Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence
- Recommend and implement property management policy
Requirements
- Diverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses.
- Must have an active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines, to include Global Supply Chain, ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by USG FAR regulations and NG procedures
- Basic Required Qualifications for Level 3:
Nice to have
- Current NPMA Property Certification (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- $85,600.00 - $160,200.00
- $107,000.00 - $133,500.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
