About the role
- Role Summary: As the Bowling/Games Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing store profits while ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional guest experience of our family entertainment center.
- You will oversee various attractions, including bowling, arcade games, laser tag, rope climbing course, and rock climbing.
- Attraction Oversight: Oversee daily operations and staffing of attractions like bowling lanes, arcade games, laser tag, ropes climbing, and rock-climbing walls.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and prize trends for the redemption store.
- Revenue Monitoring: Track revenue from each attraction, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the GM on budget creation and management.
- Guest Experience: Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, train staff in excellent customer service, and address guest concerns.
- Your responsibilities will span across multiple departments, and you will collaborate closely with other managers and teams to achieve our business goals.

Requirements
- Familiarity with FEC operations, including bowling, arcade games, and attractions.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Nice to have
- Five years of experience in entertainment center management or similar role preferred.
Compensation
- 47,986.29 - 59,982.86
