About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead hardware projects from concept through production: Create and maintain integrated project plans covering requirements, architecture, prototyping, design reviews, engineering builds, validation, certification, manufacturing readiness, and product launch.
- Drive cross-functional engineering execution: Align electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, systems, test, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams around shared milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage technical and operational risk: Surface schedule, design, supply chain, cost, quality, certification, and manufacturing risks early.
- Establish mitigation plans, assign clear ownership, and drive issues through resolution.
- Coordinate prototype and production builds: Partner with engineering, sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to plan builds, confirm readiness, manage material constraints, track issues, and apply lessons to subsequent development cycles.
