About the role

This position requires a very developed technical background with the ability to integrate software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and imaging technology.
This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy.
Employees receive 30 work days annually to work from home!

0+ years of experience and ability to learn various computer operating systems, computer programming languages and environments, and data analysis software used in nuclear, electrical, and mechanical engineering fields.

This position requires successful completion of:
The subject's name must correspond to their Social Security number and date of birth.
A nationwide, federal, and state criminal background check will be conducted.
Up to a seven-year history will be considered, including incarceration or court supervision.
Findings will be reviewed relative to the position requirements.
Current and prior relevant employment experience will be verified to confirm the candidate meets the minimum required years of experience for the position.
All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug.

Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
Evaluate and analyze positive and negative aspects of competing technologies or solutions
Grow industry expertise through trade show attendance, conference presentations, and peer-reviewed publications
Generate new research ideas in line with company growth areas
Work in local and remote locations including research facilities, field offices, and railroad environments
A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted upon hire and annually thereafter in accordance with Loram's Driving Policy
