Responsibilities
- Architect and design an end-to-end AI chatbot solution using Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.).
- Develop an intelligent bot to:
- Implement AI bot integrations across multiple interaction channels, including web interfaces, APIs, and Google Chat within Google Workspace.
- Support self-service options for payments, invoices, and status tracking.
- Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
Requirements
- College Degree Required
- Design escalation workflows from AI bot to live support through Google Chat and Google Meet, as required.
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, and automation platforms.
- Proficiency in AI/ML architecture, data pipelines, and API integrations.
Nice to have
- Experience working with federal agencies or government projects.
- Background in billing systems, financial workflows, or citizen service platforms.
- Preferable Billing Functional Scope (for AI Bot):
- Handle citizen inquiries related to invoices, charges, and payment status.
- Provide real-time access to billing details such as invoice number, amount due, due date, and payment history.
- Enable self-service payment guidance and redirection to secure payment platforms.
- Automate reminders and notifications for upcoming or overdue payments.
- Integrate with clients's financial and billing systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
