  • Google AI Architect – AI Bot (Billing & Citizen Services)

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design an end-to-end AI chatbot solution using Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Develop an intelligent bot to:
  • Implement AI bot integrations across multiple interaction channels, including web interfaces, APIs, and Google Chat within Google Workspace.
  • Support self-service options for payments, invoices, and status tracking.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.

Requirements

  • College Degree Required
  • Design escalation workflows from AI bot to live support through Google Chat and Google Meet, as required.
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI services.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with federal agencies or government projects.
  • Background in billing systems, financial workflows, or citizen service platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Cloud or AI/ML Architecture.
  • Preferable Billing Functional Scope (for AI Bot):
  • Ensure secure handling of financial and personally identifiable information (PII).
