About the role
- The Material Handler/High Reach Operator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, transporting, and organizing materials throughout the facility.
- This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe material handling, and the timely preparation of orders for shipment.
- Operating forklifts-including high reach trucks-is essential, along with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to general instructions and directions
- Ability to stand and move about facility for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally required to move up to 100 pounds by pushing, pulling, or sliding material.
- Visual inspection of material quality required.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments without climate-control
Nice to have
- Forklift operation proficiency, high reach preferred
