About the role
- Will work with subcontractors to coordinate activities around the site including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc.
- Needs to be able to efficiently communicate to multiple parties onsite
- Responsible for communicating logistics plans both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Will maintain site signage and designated walking pathways
- Candidates will also possess strong communication skills, time management and will lead with integrity.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will possess up to 4 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction sites.
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time

- Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
- Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
