About the role

  • As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers.
  • Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities

  • While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as may be required by their supervisor.
