  • HP.com Canada Store Bilingual Customer Service Agent Description - Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.

Requirements

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years related experience or Master's degree and up to two years experience.
  • 1 year experience in the PC or electronics industry.
  • In order to satisfy our contractual obligations with clients, the successful candidate will be required to pass a basic, standard Criminal Records check.
  • You will also be required to sign off on HP's Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Conflict of Interest Agreement.

Skills

  • Expertise in the field of Customer Relations.
  • Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software.
  • Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.
  • Experience and demonstrated presentation skills.
  • FRENCH and ENGLISH language skills mandatory (verbal and written); 100% fluency in both languages required.

  • Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

Compensation

  • The salaray range for this role is $50,000 to $67,000 annually with.
  • Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date.
