About the role
- The Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for supporting the training, competency assessment and continuing education programs for testing, non-testing, and/or non-clinical personnel at Guardant Health.
- Identify and troubleshoot initial training or competency documentation inquiries or content in question.
- Monitor upcoming training or competency assessment due dates by representative departments and send out notifications as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely completion of daily priorities workflows in conjunction with training assignment creation, documentation organization, review and/or routing, and troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and/or Smartsheets, and/or Salesforce for business use;
- Ability to proactively communicate consistently, clearly, and honestly.
- Understand training programs by team or department and required training documentation by each competency evaluation component.
- Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment.
- A background screening including criminal history is required for this role.
- At least one year of Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory experience or equivalent high complexity and volume laboratory experience preferred
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Clinical Science, Education, or related field preferred
- Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work Environment:
- Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs
- Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary
- May be exposed to hazardous materials, blood specimens and instruments with moving parts, heating or freezing elements and high-speed centrifugation
- Manual and repetitive pipetting may be necessary
- Some lifting (up to 25 pounds) may be necessary.
