As a Manufacturing Team Member - Night Shift, you will work with a team of 3 to 4 people making and shipping pressed awards for our clients in recognition of their great work!
Team Members in this type of cell work in a positive environment full of people who are inquisitive and focused on continuous improvement.
Team Members work daily to meet efficiency, delivery, and quality goals.
This type of work involves a fair amount of dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as hand strength.
Team members will also have a collaborative, no-fail and no excuses attitude.

Compensation: $19.60/hr ($17.10 plus $2.50 night shift differential), plus a $0.30 cent increase after successful completion of the Foundations for Contribution Onboarding Program (the exact timing of the raise may vary).
