Today's top enterprise brands use Conductor to grow authority and visibility in both AI and traditional search engines.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor alongside customer account teams during vital points in their lifecycle with Conductor, driving successful partnerships and renewals while mentoring others on best practices.
Serve as a mentor and go-to resource for other Strategists, sharing SEO/AEO expertise, elevating team capability, and contributing to internal enablement or training initiatives.

Bringing in diverse perspectives and challenging our assumptions is the clear key to growth; it drives innovation, creativity, faster problem-solving, and stronger decision making.
Champion the use of AI tools to create efficiencies in day-to-day processes, both internally and for customers, and help shape best practices that other team members can adopt.
Take a consultative, senior-level approach to develop scalable strategic solutions across Conductor's products and services that drive customer outcomes, reduce churn, and demonstrate long-term account growth.
Provide advanced analysis and leverage AI tools to build customer dashboards that surface key insights into customer business and account performance.
Drive engagement with executive sponsors, acting as a strategic voice to facilitate enablement and adoption of key solutions across organizations.
Craft and present strategic plans and business cases at the executive level to demonstrate the value of our partnership and build alignment on key Conductor solutions.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on SEO/AEO (agency or in-house).
You have a deep understanding of the "how" and "why" behind organic search and can speak credibly to both practitioners and executives.
You have experience leading comprehensive website audits and are confident making - and defending - advanced technical optimization recommendations.

Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $105,000 - $120,000 per year.
In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a variable bonus.
