About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team in usage of the tool including baseline input, forecast input, and assortment management
  • Delivers data driven insights and customized reporting to inform trade investment decisions.
  • Supports the sales team and the organization with training and support on released updates in the trade management tool.
  • Customer Item Setup support including, WERC's, Syndigo GDSN, IXONE, and Top 3 Customer portal updates as needed.
  • Co-Lead as Project Analyst of the New Customer Launch & Setup process.
  • Supports the sales team with sku discontinuation and transition communications
  • Leads the organization of the sales team Box folder and Retail Spot light slack channel
  • Purposeful: Detail oriented and can manage time appropriately. Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once successfully

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of analytical + business experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Docs
  • Experience with Metabase, Power BI, Upclear Blue Planner, Syndigo, JD Edwards or equivalent systems
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once successfully

  • Experience with Demand Planning systems that use Trade Management data.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this role is $70,000-$80,000/yr.
  • Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location.
  • The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
