Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime during snow events.
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and electrical systems, including plows, salt spreaders, and related attachments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support snow operations.
- Must supply own tools.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Must be able to travel locally for field service calls.
- Assist with fabrication, welding, and modifications to equipment when required.

- DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a skilled and motivated full time Diesel Mechanic with preferred snowplow experience.
- This role will focus on maintaining and repairing trucks, diesel equipment, and snow removal machinery.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep equipment in top condition to ensure reliable operations.
- Proven experience repairing heavy trucks (diesel and gas).
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Prior experience with snowplows and snow removal equipment strongly preferred.
- Welding experience required.
