About the role

R esponsible for successful project implementation.
Op erates the program according to established policies/procedures and within stipulated budgetary confinements.
Respons ible for customer management, subcontractor management, resource management, financial management, contract management and technical management of the work.

Serves as a focal point and provides program management guidance and expert support for assigned contracts.
Acts as a technical advisor and implements processes and procedures for effective program management.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all c ontract - related projects and support activities including those of subcontractors.
Demonstrates knowledge of contract analysis, contract compliance, document management, quality control, and records management.
Develops program management competencies through training and coaching.
Demonstrate s ability to develop and apply comprehensive solutions to client requirements / issues and to work with a wide range of government departments having diverse business needs, interests, expectations and requirements.
E ffectively implements "best-in-class" concepts/principles within the areas of planning, scheduling, budgeting and operations for successful achievement of project goals and objectives.
Supports business development efforts related to subject matter expertise.
Works collaboratively with CNI's Integrated Business Partners (IBPs) to execute tasks in the areas of Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Pricing, Contracts Management, Legal and Business Development.
A portion of our profits is used to support Chickasaw citizens.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property as needed.
Regularly required to sit.
Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects, and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.
Required to speak and hear.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The estimated pay range for this role is $125K to $150K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
