Requirements

- 1) Detailed intensive knowledge of policies, precedents, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines of a functional area
- 3) Intensive knowledge of administrative and financial management systems
- 5) skill in analytical reasoning, ability to apply skill to the identification, analysis and conceptualization of budgetary problems and development of alternative solutions is required.
