About the role

  • Our first of kind systems produce commercial-scale battery materials that are sold into the battery manufacturing supply chain.
  • Production Associates assist in housekeeping and material transport as well.
  • Associates monitor and respond to machine alarms, engaging in basic troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • This Production Associate supports production on the shop floor by operating and troubleshooting multiple pieces of ancillary equipment and machines.
  • Associates perform quality checks as well and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals for extended periods.
  • Other duties as required and assigned.
  • Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., unassisted Must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
