Responsibilities
- Perform animal husbandry duties as needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Learn and perform medicant administration, physical exams, dosing, sample collection, and restraint techniques.
- Manage time and resources effectively.
- Support other departments with study-related tasks (e.g., restraint, blood collection).
- Build positive relationships with veterinary staff and other teams.

Nice to have
- 6 months or more experience in an animal related field.
- CVT - Certified Veterinary Technician.
- 6 months or more experience in a vivarium setting with familiarity in animal welfare standards (IACUC, AAALAC, or similar guidelines).
- Additional Job Standards:
- Commitment to animal welfare, safety, and ethical care standards.
- Reliable adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
