- You'll play a key part in driving business development, managing deal flow from start to finish, and delivering polished, professional materials-while gaining hands-on exposure to property tours and client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate listing materials, including updates, tracking action items, and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate and support property tours, ensuring all activity is logged, contacts are updated, and follow-ups are completed-while gaining opportunities to attend and assist with tours directly.
- Manage proposals and deal documentation, including preparing materials, tracking activity, and maintaining organized records.
- Execute marketing campaigns and maintain up-to-date listing and distribution records.
- Support deal lifecycle activities, from new listings through to completed transactions, including onboarding, documentation, booking packages, and archiving.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and manage broker communications, calendars, and contact databases.
- Coordinate events such as open houses and provide ongoing administrative and reporting support.
- We're on the lookout for a dynamic Administration and Marketing Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate ( internally called Client Services Specialist ) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!
- This role is a fast-paced, client-facing position that provides comprehensive administrative, marketing, and transaction support to a high-performing brokerage team.
Requirements
- Real Estate license is required
- Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 5+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
- Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

- Approximate Compensation for this Role: $70,304 - $73,316 annually
- Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
