About the role
- Strong expertise in analyzing performance data, service trends, and workload metrics
- Experience supporting service delivery programs and SLA compliance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measurements
- Support service delivery and compliance with established SLAs
- Support modernization activities and cloud-based UC transformation programs
- Maintain documentation and reporting artifacts for management and customer review
- Our experienced team of technical Subject Matter Experts and Professional Project Managers deliver solutions to the toughest challenges in enterprise cloud computing and infrastructure management within the Homeland Security and Federal civilian landscape.
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of UC technologies, including:
- Familiarity with enterprise modernization and integration initiatives
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Nice to have
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or equivalent certification
- Experience with performance reporting and IT service management frameworks
- Experience supporting federal government programs
- Familiarity with cloud-based UC modernization efforts
