- Team members skillfully craft and serve a variety of specialty hot and cold beverages, following Eataly's recipes while also accommodating guests' special requests.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow directions for all production
- Seamlessly collaborates with other team members, fulfilling duties across all sections of the Caffe, including back-of-house and front-of-house areas.
- Maintains Eataly Caffe standards of guest service, presenting a hospitable and professional demeanor during all levels of business volume
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, ovens, drink blender, juicer and Point of Sale
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Compensation
- The hourly compensation for this role is $17-$18 per hour + tips
