- Overview We are looking for a Market Intelligence Coordinator to work in our Downtown Vancouver office who will work together with the Market Intelligence Team in order to produce accurate and informative reports that focus on current relevant information.
- The successful candidate must possess strong administration and task management skills, exhibit excellent organizational skills, demonstrate an eye for detail, and must thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level role for someone looking to further their commercial real estate career and learn more about the market fundamentals.

- Prepare market lease and purchase surveys for client requirements as requested by brokers.
- Actively manage the availability database and ensure that all information is complete and accurate by contacting listing brokers and landlords.
