Responsibilities
- Establishes and communicates team objectives, develops plans and strategies that align with firmwide goals, and sets high performance expectations for the team.
- Manages staff and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative work environment and a high-performance culture in which individuals and groups are positioned to grow and succeed.
- Works closely with group leaders to set priorities, manage workloads, and resource allocation, and ensure groups are accomplishing goals and contributing to strong team performance.
- Drives recruitment efforts to attract top talent, fostering a workplace environment that supports staff retention, professional development, and team success.

Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Must have at least six years of experience supervising technical personnel.
- Must be a registered professional engineer.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of ten years of related experience within an applicable field or discipline.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Successful experience in building and maintaining strong workloads.
