We believe the next frontier in biology is enabled by measuring proteins at higher sensitivity in highly multiplexed assays at the push of a button, which is something only Alamar can do.
This position interacts with varying levels of internal and external personnel and will require direct customer communication, public presentation, and a team-focused approach.
Strong business and customer focus are essential.

Lead new product development process from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, definition of customer and product requirements and value proposition, manage product launches and sales training.
Build KOL networks and conduct SAB meetings to capture input on assay content to insure adoption by scientific community.
Manage worldwide supply, demand, revenue, margin, and pricing for product portfolio, update and present forecasts regularly to management, finance, and manufacturing teams.
Work collaboratively with other marketing and sales team members to drive growth for the business segment.
Serve as a cross-functional leaer who can identify risks, remove roadblocks, drive decisions, and ensure execution against timelines and business objectives.
include developing market research, leading new product development teams, managing inventory, pricing, customer communications, and revenue forecasting.

Requires knowledge and skills normally acquired through completing a bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in life sciences.
Relevant experience includes experience in life sciences marketing, product management, and market research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to comfortably present technical information to small and large conferences representing the company and the product line.
Experience developing and presenting product marketing materials required.

Requires 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree (PhD Preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
