About the role

  • You will do this be being organized in your work area, keeping detailed records of inbound and outbound shipping and receiving as well as troubleshooting and resolving any open action items.

Responsibilities

  • Performing efficient picking to create kits of necessary parts, materials, and hardware, ensuring availability and accuracy

  • As Arc's Inventory Specialist, you will own the receiving, organizing and execution of inbound and outbound logistics.

Requirements

  • Experience with computer software, including spreadsheets, email, and resource planning programs
  • Experience with manufacturing inventory and kitting processes
  • Ability to stand for four to six hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to have

  • High school degree or GED certification
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts or towing equipment
  • Comfortable maintaining a fast but sustainable pace
  • Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy
