- This role sits within the Growth organization and works closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Data teams.
Responsibilities
- We help creators get more out of every conversation with Instagram-focused automations and support for other channels like Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
- Our affiliate ecosystem includes over 25,000 partners across creators, publishers, and agencies and it already drives meaningful, efficient growth.
- You'll be responsible for building a program that works at scale while also developing deep, high-trust relationships with our highest-impact partners.
- This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll design systems, lead experimentation, and personally engage with top affiliates who drive a significant share of acquisition and revenue.
- This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of creators and partners grow their businesses with Manychat and how Manychat scales globally through partnerships.
- You'll have real ownership, executive visibility, and the chance to build a world-class affiliate program that others look to as a benchmark.
