About the role

Create Design Illustrations based from blueprints to produce working drawings for fabrications
Evaluate designs to ensure standards are met

Sales or Distribution Experience with Engineered Lumber or Truss Design
Residential Construction and Framing experience
Product selection, product information, and pricing experience
Well-developed consultative selling skills, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to negotiate prices, provide market updates, prospects, evaluating current and potential sales
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant sales systems technology
Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and solve problems
Adept at reading Architectural Plans and Structural Plans and Load Development Skills
