About the role
- As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an integral role supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
- This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work product.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation.
- Review, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing counsel and third parties.
- Maintain well-organized case files and manage large volumes of documents
- Track deadlines and support attorneys with case management activities
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflow and strong client service
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with insurance defense or insurance coverage matters is a plus, but not required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Insurance defense experience is a plus
