About the role

  • As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an integral role supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work product.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation.
  • Review, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing counsel and third parties.
  • Maintain well-organized case files and manage large volumes of documents
  • Track deadlines and support attorneys with case management activities
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflow and strong client service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with insurance defense or insurance coverage matters is a plus, but not required

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Insurance defense experience is a plus
