About the role
- This role is based in Wilmington, MA (with hybrid flexibility) and reports to the Engineering Director.
- In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of commercially deployed, cutting-edge medical devices and cloud-based enterprise software solutions focused on cardiopulmonary care.
Responsibilities
- Team Building and Engineering Management
- Build, mentor and coach high-performance engineering team
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud operations
- manage cross‑team dependencies and escalate risks appropriately.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Demonstrated knowledge/track record of working with Claude Code, Agent-to-Agent architectures
- Experience operating in compliance‑driven or safety‑critical product environments.
