About the role

This role is based in Wilmington, MA (with hybrid flexibility) and reports to the Engineering Director.
In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of commercially deployed, cutting-edge medical devices and cloud-based enterprise software solutions focused on cardiopulmonary care.

Responsibilities

Team Building and Engineering Management
Build, mentor and coach high-performance engineering team
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud operations
manage cross‑team dependencies and escalate risks appropriately.
Analog Devices is seeking a Development Manager, Cloud Technologies to lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team of 12-15 software engineers within a regulated MedTech environment.
This position requires recent experience leading engineering teams within an enterprise software organization that operates under formal Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Design Controls.

Requirements

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.

Nice to have

Master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
Demonstrated knowledge/track record of working with Claude Code, Agent-to-Agent architectures
Experience operating in compliance‑driven or safety‑critical product environments.
