About the role
- The position is responsible for monitoring production, and coordinating the activities of workers who are involved in inspecting materials/product and ensuring that they meet the quality standards specified by the company.
- Prepare management and technical reports regarding daily performance and issues
- Work with product development and process engineering on product/process improvements
Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate job expectations, coaching, and counseling of employees
- Manage operational objectives, day-to-day activities, implement change, identify and address gaps
- Manage Quality Standards, Calibration and Service
- Manage market VOC and suggest solutions in quality and service field.
- Analyze product defects and manage quality improvement

Requirements
- Proficiency in standard office software including MS Office
- Bachelor's degree, work experience in quality related field
- Supervisory experience
- Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
- Capability to learn new specific software and product
