About the role

- This is a management-level role responsible for leading a high-performing team of Project Managers.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of global email marketing operations, ensuring your team executes campaigns with precision, speed, and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- People Management: Formally manage a team of Project Managers. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and daily coaching.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational roadmaps to improve team efficiency, throughput, and campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the key partner for internal / external stakeholders. Manage expectations, handle high-level escalations, and provide data-driven insights on team performance and campaign ROI.
- Process Engineering: Drive the evolution of email production / hpp workflows. Standardize SOPs across the team and identify opportunities for automation and technical integration.
- Change Management: Lead the team through organizational changes, new tool implementations, and evolving business requirements with a focus on stability and morale.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Campaign Management.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including responsibility for performance reviews, talent development, and managing a team of at least 5-10 direct reports.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume operations for a global organization.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a large-scale operations center or agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, database management, and cross-channel marketing (Push, SMS, In-App).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies.
