About the role
- We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of professionals as we serve the community by providing center-based clinical interventions.
- Responsibilities and Duties of BCBA Include:
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee ABA-based programming for clients
- Develop and update Individualized Service Plans using person centered and data-driven practices
- Lead a team by assisting with training/development, to include Performance Evaluations and Employee Coaching protocol
- Maintain BCBA credential by following BACB criteria and needed re-certifications
Requirements
- Must be a BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the BACB.
- BCBA (Required)
- LBA-eligible or current LBA necessary.
- Other Job and Training Requirements
- Maintain a good driving record
- Meet all background check requirements
Nice to have
- Management experience a plus.
