Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound interest, with a strong focus on speed-to-lead and customer experience
  • Manage a high volume of inbound conversations across calls, email, chat, and text while maintaining a personalized experience
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless prospect journey
  • Accurately document customer interactions and next steps in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Continuously learn BILL's product suite and value proposition to confidently articulate how we help businesses manage spend, payables, receivables, and financial operations
  • Successful Inbound BDRs consistently deliver:
  • Strong conversion rates from lead to qualified opportunity
  • Build a foundation for a long-term sales career with a proven path into Account Executive and other revenue roles
