Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunity and submission operations: track and send out funding alerts
  • and monitor and manage donor communication.
  • Support Corporate Contributions Review process.
  • Maintain SharePoint and Box structures.
  • Support Salesforce data analytics.
  • P ositioning and p roposal support ( 4 0%)
  • Research potential donor s and partners for positioning and proposal development.
  • Manage opportunity and submission operations: track and send out funding alerts; complete donor portal submissions; and monitor and manage donor communication.
  • Prepare materials for partner and donor outreach during positioning and proposal development.
  • Support developing technical proposals and annexes including CVs, letters of commitment, letters of support, capability statements, past performance references, and organizational charts.

Requirements

  • Required Skills and Experience:

Nice to have

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
  • SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe experience a plus.

Skills

  • At least two years of relevant experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required; SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe experience a plus.
  • Experience in an international organization or in a multicultural environment a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Able to travel up to 10%.
