Responsibilities
- Shape the future of partner integration capabilities, enabling faster onboarding and seamless connectivity across a global ecosystem.
- Play a pivotal role in transforming complex integration processes into seamless, intuitive experiences for partners, customers, and agents.
- Communicate clearly and build trust by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment through transparent updates and collaboration
- Use data to guide decisions, leveraging KPIs, partner feedback, and insights to support prioritization and influence product direction
- Engage in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and guide product direction
- Can decompose complex integration problems into manageable stories and create and prioritize a clear backlog for the product team
- Can identify risks and concerns early, along with opportunities to deliver value
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology development environment
- Candidate must be located in EST
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows
- Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI)
- Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience

Compensation
- $110k-$170k
