Responsibilities
- At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees' talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies across $300M+ of indirect goods and services spend.
- Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Lead complex negotiations and competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs) with key suppliers.
- Evaluate total cost of ownership and commercial models to optimize enterprise value.
- Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships across key indirect spend categories.
- Implement supplier performance management programs including KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs.
- Drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive improvements in procurement processes, contract management, and spend visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

Compensation
- $113,000 - $210,000 USD
