About the role
- The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Lightning Foundation are looking for high-energy, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our 50/50 raffle staff as sellers for the 2026-2027 hockey season.
- The position requires an outgoing personality while selling 50/50 raffle tickets to fans during Lightning Hockey games.
- It also requires interaction with a large number of guests while maintaining a strong representation of world-class service as a Lightning Brand Ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Understand the mission of the Lightning Foundation and effectively commu nicate and deliver information regarding the Lightning Foundation's charitable endeavors
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working with technology
- Must be prompt and arrive to scheduled shifts on time
- Must be will to work at least 4-hour shifts
